1Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the property platform provided by LetAI Ltd.
Deviating conditions set by users do not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
2Service Description
LetAI provides an AI-powered platform to facilitate contact between landlords and prospective tenants. We analyse tenant profiles and generate a "Matching Score" based on criteria defined by the landlord.
Important note: LetAI does not act as an estate agent and does not guarantee the successful conclusion of a tenancy agreement or the accuracy of user-provided data.
3User Obligations
Every user agrees to provide truthful information during registration.
- Landlords may only advertise genuinely available properties and must not provide misleading information.
- Tenants agree to upload only truthful and unaltered documents (e.g. credit checks, salary proof).
- It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal, discriminatory, or spam-like purposes.
